Where is my order? is a Three affiliate partner. We cannot see your order or delivery details see your details or answer specific questions about your order. To check the status of an order you need to speak to Three. You can find various ways to contact three here: Contact Three.

I want to change my order

All the deals we promote are ordered through the official Three Store, so you need to speak to Three to update or change your order. We cannot see any order details or answer questions about your order.

I want to change my delivery address

Your phone usually has to be delivered to the same address as your registered payment card. To make changes to your account or your order you need to contact Three.

My Three order hasn’t arrived on time

Three have a page describing their delivery times here: Our delivery service. If you think your order has taken too long you need to speak to Three.

If you ordered a phone you should receive a SMS (text) message from DPD on the morning of delivery.
SIM orders are sent by Royal mail and can take up to 3 working days to arrive. They are posted through your letter box and you don’t need to sign for it.
