Delivery on 3: What to expect when you order through Store-3
There is a delivery charge of £1.95 for all items, including Mobile Broadband and SIM-only.
Date of delivery
- Dongles and SIMs
These are delivered within one to two working days and do not need to be signed for.
- Phones, MiFi devices & tablets
Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered by courier the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days (or on the following Tuesday if you order after 4pm on a Friday). You'll need to sign for the delivery.
Your dongle and laptop will be delivered by courier within three working days. You'll need to sign for the delivery.
Please note: Courier deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. Deliveries are not made on weekends. If there's no-one at the delivery address, the courier will post a card with contact details through the door. They'll usually attempt delivery again the next working day.
Confirmation of your order
Three will always send you confirmation that they have received your order. This confirmation will be sent by email and acknowledges the order and estimated delivery date. If you haven't received confirmation of your order, or you think you typed your email address incorrectly, please call to get confirmation of your order.
Order tracking and additional delivery info
You can track the status of your order from Three by calling - simply select option 2. One of Three's customer service representatives will be able to check its status for you.
Your delivery address for your mobile phone from Three must be the same as the address attached to your credit or debit card and must not be a work address. This is to help protect you from fraud.
