How do I top up my 3 Mobile Broadband account?

It's really straightforward to add credit to your Mobile Broadband account by using a credit or debit card and your computer. Simply sign in to your My3 account and use the instructions in the video below to get in.

Once you've set up your favourite payment card for the first time it is easy to come back, select the plan you want, click the card you want to pay with and swiftly top up to get surfing again. The process is very safe and secure with the requirement of re-entering your card's security code to proceed. How much will I get?

You can pick the price plan that best suits your needs and internet usage. Data is measured in gigabytes (GB). Your data allowance will determine how much information (web pages, emails, videos, music, photos etc) you can download. 3 have designed their plans to fit every different type of internet user. Although the average user will only need 3-5 GB, if you want more for music and movies then you can get up to 15 GB per month, or if you only need to check emails once in a while then 1 GB will be fine. If you exceed your data allowance for a month then you pay extra for it, much like exceeding a texts or minutes allowance on a phone. If you find that you've chosen the wrong plan for you then it's easy to change to a more appropriate one.
